Blacklight: Retribution is the free-to-play follow-up to 2010′s Blacklight: Tango Down, a futuristic shooter in which technology is the ace up your sleeve and cyberpunk cities are the battlefield. Using your helmet’s HRV (Hyper Reality Visor), you can effectively see through walls, and killing sprees grant you access to the hulking Hardsuit mech to morph you into a walking tank.
This game is a fast paced, adrenaline pumping first person shooter based in a futuristic urban warzone. Building upon Zombie Studios’ predecessor, Tango Down, Blacklight: Retribution provides FPS enthusiasts with a massive arsenal of weaponry and gear ranging from bleeding edge side arms to massive mechanized Hardsuits. Customize your weapons and gear for the perfect load out, earn credits in game to change the tide of battle by deploying flame throwers, automatic grenade launchers and even airstrikes.
Blacklight: Retribution models itself after Call of Duty’s multiplayer components and borrows certain gameplay elements from Crysis and F.E.A.R.
